My experience at this particular casino is simply okay. We had a pleasant experience and the customer service was top notch our entire 3 night stay. I’m still giving five stars because we didn’t do our due diligence in researching age restrictions before booking. After speaking with housekeeping over 24 hours later, they were able to find it and he was elated. My husband left his extremely expensive suit jacket in the closet. As a family, I won’t be returning to this particular hotel. If my husband and I were alone, we would definitely return. I wouldn’t recommend for anyone wanting a family stay as it is really only catered to 21 and over. Our daughter wasn’t even allowed to swim in the pool as there was an age restriction of 14. This limited us to only one restaurant out of the many there that our family was able to enjoy.
Being from Vegas, we were not accustomed to the Michigan gaming laws which prohibit minors from even entering any part of the casino. Hotel was very clean and the staff from the front desk, valet, doormen, to the housekeeping were extremely polite.
